Square Enix has confirmed Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep will only be released in UMD format.
Sorry PSP Go users.
While it’s been rumored for quite some time to be the case (via IGN) Square has confirmed it to be true, finally, without explaination, only saying this:
“Square Enix, Inc. currently has no plans to release Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep through the PlayStation Store.”
Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep will hit retail on September 7 in the US and September 10 in the UK.

Patch 1.1, due sometime next month, will make a number of alterations to the game's balance, including:
- Reducing the effectiveness of a "Zealot rush" when playing as/against the Protoss
- Reducing the effectiveness of Terran Reapers against the Zerg
- The power of the Terran Siege Tank will be reduced when in siege mode
- Terran Battlecruisers will be less powerful against ground units
- The Zerg Ultralisks have lost their "ram" attack, as it was proving in many instances to be less powerful than its regular attack.

Minerva’s Den contains six new Little Sisters.
Those who picked up Protector Trials will be given access to the Master Protector tonic in Minerva’s Den, which simultaneously increases harvest times for any Little Sister you’re chaperoning and the ADAM they collect."

Bioware has also promised “the way you play will write the story of how the world is changed forever.”

After the official sales of the series exceeded 4 million copies worldwide, we had no doubts left to start creating a new big game in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. universe,” said GSC CEO said Sergiy Grygorovych.
“This will be the next chapter of the mega-popular game players expect from us.”

| There are no plans for any additional raids before Cataclysm ships. With that said, there will be at least one major patch leading up to Cataclysm with a lot of core features and framework being added for the new expansion for players to explore. There will also be various limited-time events to set the tone for the release of Cataclysm. As far as running Icecrown Citadel for 2-3 more months goes, well, I can't confirm nor deny your time line. When it's ready, soon, etc." |
